Blue Bead cream mastic 1 kg

Blue Bead cream mastic 1kg is used for covering cakes and other confectionery products, as well as for making figurines and decorative elements.

Before using the mastic, it must be kneaded to make it elastic. Grease the work surface with starch or powdered sugar. Roll out the mastic in a thin layer for covering or forming decorative elements from it.

Ingredients: sugar, water, vegetable margarine, glucose syrup, modified starch, thickeners (E466), humectants (E422), preservatives (E202), flavoring (vanilla flavoring), coloring.
