How to order?

Making an order in our store is very simple! You can choose any product you like as if you were in an ordinary supermarket, choosing the necessary quantity of goods and clicking on the “basket”. Convenient filters will help you choose exactly the color, size or shape of the product you are looking for.

After adding everything you need to the basket, you can continue to place an order, while you can place an order with or without registration. After completing the order, you will receive a notification by e-mail and SMS with your order. Further details of the order will be discussed with you by the manager by phone or email.

You can also place an order by phone, in Viber-chat, Instagram-direct or Facebook-messenger, as well as by e-mail. In this case, it is advisable for you to know the exact name of the product, its code and quantity, this information you will need to inform the manager along with the data for placing the order: name, phone number and address.

At the same time, we want to note that by creating an account you can make purchases faster, track the status of your orders and save the purchase history. When placing orders without registering, these functions will not be available.

How to pay for the order?

You can pay for the order: - to the account of Privatbank (details are sent after order processing);

  • cash on delivery (Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta), with a minimum order of 300 UAH;
  • to the current account for legal entities (ownership form FOP group 2).
  • cash at the checkout when pickup.
  • online payment by Liq Pay service: using Visa or Mastercard - any bank.

For orders from abroad, only online payment is available!

How to get an order?

After placing an order and clarifying all the details with the manager. You have several options for receiving an order: To

  • pick up the order at your own expense from a warehouse in the city of Dnipro, while we want to note that for both the first and subsequent orders, it is advisable to pre- order and coordinate it with the manager. - Checkout any delivery service convenient for you: Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta, Delivery. At the same time, we want to note that delivery can be both to the office and to the address.
  • We also carry out international delivery of orders worldwide.

Terms of order processing?

All orders Processed from Monday to Friday from 9-00 to 18-00, the average processing time of the order is 1 business day. Understanding the features of the work of confectioners and cake decorators, with very urgent orders, we recommend that you call us and discuss all the details. As a rule, orders placed before 14-00 are processed day to day. Orders placed after 14-00 can be processed the next business day.

Terms of sending forkazov?

Sending paid orders or orders issued by cash on delivery is carried out every day from Monday to Friday, from 9-00 to 18-00. Terms of sending orders: - Nova Poshta: from Monday to Friday, on the day of payment of the order or the next day after payment or placing the order by cash on delivery; - Ukrposhta: Tuesday, Friday; - Delivery: Tuesday and Thursday. Attention! Schedules of shipments may vary depending on the workload of the warehouse! Specify information at the time of placing the order.

How much does shipping cost?

To calculate the approximate cost of delivery in Ukraine, you can use the calculators of your chosen service:

An approximate calculation of international delivery will be calculated online on our website and will depend on the weight of the selected goods. The amount for delivery will be added to your order. If the amount of paid delivery is more than actually paid, then the difference will be returned to your account within 1-7 days. If the amount of paid delivery is less, then after agreement with you, either a separate invoice will be issued for an additional payment for delivery, or the amount on order will be returned to your account within 1-7 days.

Delivery time of goods?

The delivery time of orders depends on the delivery service, more detailed information can be found on the services of carriers:

  • Nova Poshta: 1-2 days;
  • Delivery: 1-3 days;
  • Ukrposhta in Ukraine: 1-5 days;
  • Ukrposhta international: 10-21 days, depending on the remoteness of the territory from Ukraine.

Is there a minimum order?

Our store does not set limits for your orders! There is no minimum order amount, so there is no maximum order amount.

For small orders up to 200 UAH with sending to other cities, an additional commission for packaging is taken - 5 UAH.

The only thing we would like to warn customers from abroad, before placing an order, check with your local customs legislation to assess the maximum possible weight of the parcel and its cost, in order to avoid problems at customs. The site administration is not responsible for possible charges for customs duties in your country.
