Designer universal cliché stencils for creating three-dimensional images with the help of glaze , icing , chocolate , cocoa and dyes for cakes, gingerbread, cookies and any other confectionery products. And also for adding texture to mastic or marzipan.
To add texture, you need to press the stencil to the mastic with a rolling pin, after lightly sprinkling the stencil with powdered sugar or starch.
You can easily apply a pattern on any flat horizontal products, such as gingerbread, cookies, mastic, marzipan and chocolate with the help of a spatula. The only condition here will be that the applied material is not too thin and when removing the stencil, it does not spread.
If you need to apply a three-dimensional pattern with the help of protein glaze on the side of the cake, then you can use a latex tape to fix the cake, and carefully apply the glaze with a spatula , and then remove the stencil from the product. Or use the help of another person who will hold the edges of the stencil.
In order to avoid deformation of the stencil and its long service life, it is necessary to observe several conditions:
- Do not pour hot products.
- Do not wash with very hot water.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
- Avoid direct sunlight.
